Once again a year later we ran into the RAB booth at the home show. We chatted with them and decided to get another quote. Great pricing! We decided to go for it. Will and Isaac were very punctual on install day. They were very courteous and professional. Took care of the electric meter and gas. They were neat and clean and left there work areas neat and tidy. After they finished the installation they walked me through there work process and made sure I understood how the system works before they left. I would definitely call them back and recommend them to anyone looking for a generator or other electrical issues. Nate and the Team at RAB are top notch. Nate came out and gave a free, through and fair estimate of what a whole house back up generator would cost me. He took into account how many electronics we have, if our stove and dryer were gas or electric, etc. But the thing that struck me the most was that after all the technical details were gathered Nate sat down with me and asked why I was generator. He wasn't just interested in selling me a product for the sake of making a sale, he cared that I was making the best choice for me and my family. He was always available to answer questions during my decision making process and got mion the schedule quickly once I decided to go with RAB. Will and Issac were there right on time and were professional, polite and friendly. They worked hard in the snow and cold and completed the job in a timely manner while respecting my home and their personal safety. They knocked on the door and shook my hand and thanked me before heading out and offered to go over anything with me. You don't get custom service and care like this anymore. And the Generac name is #1. RAB has earned any future business from me and I highly recommend them
